1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as an affiliate partner with Coldbet Partners (operated by Megabond LTD), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in the affiliate program.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Coldbet Partners affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling affiliate marketing is legal. Employees and family members of Megabond LTD are not eligible.

3. Commission Models

Coldbet Partners offers the following commission structures:

• RevShare: Up to 60% of net revenue generated by referred players.
• CPA: Up to $200 per qualified first-depositing player, subject to traffic quality requirements.
• Hybrid: A combination of RevShare and CPA, negotiated individually with your account manager.
• Sub-Affiliate: Up to 5% commission on revenue generated by sub-affiliates you refer.

4. Payment Terms

Payouts can be requested any day upon reaching the minimum threshold. Supported methods include Visa, Mastercard, SEPA bank transfer, Skrill, USDT, and BTC. Crypto withdrawals are processed with zero platform commission.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Self-referral or fraudulent player accounts
• Incentivized traffic without prior written approval
• Spam or unsolicited marketing communications
• Marketing to minors or in prohibited jurisdictions
• Misrepresentation of the Coldbet brand or offers

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding materials remain the property of Megabond LTD. Affiliates may use approved marketing materials solely for promoting Coldbet Partners.

7. Termination

Coldbet Partners reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at its discretion with 7 days' notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Curaçao law.
